Mohammed Omer is Al Wifaq’s CEO. An expert in the practice of law, Omar received his undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick and a Master’s Degree from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).

Among other things, Omer is actively involved in advising clients on corporate establishments, corporate governance, corporate financing, in addition to other services which include due diligence, Mergers and Acquisitions, and regulatory approvals.
