Omer Siddiq El Bashir

Founder and Managing Partner

As managing partner of Al Wifaq Advocates and Legal Consultants and the founder of the firm, he has been practising law in the UAE for over 30 years and is a member of the International Bar Association of London.

Muna Ahmed Abdul Aziz

Senior Managing Partner

One of the firm’s senior partners and the protégé of the managing partner Omer Siddiq, Muna takes great pride in her role as the company’s co-head of litigation. She has been practising law in the UAE for over 15 years, delivering favourable outcomes to our clients.

Mohammed Omer

CEO

Mohammed Omer is Al Wifaq’s CEO. An expert in the practice of law, Omar received his undergraduate degree from the University of Warwick and a Master’s Degree from the University of London’s School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS).
